Wet soiled area, generously scrub with stain remover stick. Let sit for 10-20 minutes. Wash in washing machine with your favorite laundry soap.

I was amazed this stick took orange Gatorade out of a white t shirt. Not that great on grease stains, but I haven't found anything that works well on those. Wet the garment and or stick well and don't skip the wait time. I treat stains as I put them in the laundry basket and that works well.
