FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN THE U.S. ON ALL ORDERS OVER $65 (after discounts)

We ship your order from our facility within 2 business days of receiving your order (during promotional periods, orders may be delayed due to high demand). We ship via USPS and UPS. You will receive automatic shipping and delivery notification emails and/or SMS messages to keep you apprised of the shipping status. We ship using only traceable methods so once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable if not received by the recipient. Unfortunately, porch piracy is a rampant problem everywhere.

Please be aware that when shipping to very hot climates, some of our products such as lip balm, solid lotion bars and body butter may experience some melting or separation.  The products are generally still usable once they re-solidify.
