Coeur d'Alene Is Where We Live and Work

Our home is in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho which is where we've located our flagship store.  We moved from a smaller space on South 4th Street to our own building with a much larger retail store space directly on Sherman Avenue (the former Everson Jewelry space) in October of 2016. We extensively remodeled the retail area including removing the 1970's popcorn ceilings, ripping out the sheet-rock wall to expose the buildings original 1920's era brick and, of course, adding our Mountain Madness style to it.

90 miles from British Columbia, 50 miles from Montana and 15 miles from Washington, we are located directly on the shore of lake Coeur d'Alene in northern Idaho. A major tourist destination at all times of the year, there are many local shops and restaurants to choose from and downtown and Sherman Avenue is always a hotbed of activity. Surrounded by mountains and forests there is a plethora of outdoor activities to do both in and out of town. Coeur d'Alene really is a great place to live or visit.

Our Operations, Production & Fulfillment Facility

With the product demand and growth that we have experienced, we ran out of production space in the basement of our downtown Coeur d'Alene building so have relocated our operations, production and order fulfillment departments to a large warehouse space off of Schreiber Way. This is where we continue to hand-make all of our products.

We make all of our soap using the cold process (CP) method which utilizes lye to convert vegetable fats into soap and glycerin. This is the old fashioned method of making soap from "scratch" and you will not find any melt and pour bases in our soap bars. We continue to make our soap in small batches which gives us the ability to add our artistry to each bar and to stay true to what makes our soap unique.
