The huckleberry is definitely an Idaho thing. This small and beautiful fruit is native to our area and is similar in taste and flavor to a blueberry. We have captured the essence of the ‘huck’ to bring you this tribute to a PNW icon.

I needed something to give my employees from a trip to CDA because I am always going on about how great this place is. (I work in Seattle where it is not always so great.) I found Mountain Madness several years ago and fell in love with their products, so I decided to buy 25 little huckleberry soap bars to pass out. They were a hit! The treats I bring in are often picked over at the end of the day, but not the soap. They were all claimed as soon as I put them out. Everyone was excited to use these great-smelling purple gems, or use them as sachets in their car, etc. I love that MM creates great products that reflect the joys of the area.
