Lather in hands or rub bar directly on wet hair. Scrub away removing dirt and oil. Allowing the bar to dry between uses is a must!

I appreciate not having harmful/unnecessary ingredients in the soap, and that it's made in the USA. With that said it is claimed it lasts 80 days, while mine lasted 18 days. Sometimes my wife used the soap, so 36 days maximum on this.
