Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and essential oils of eucalyptus, tea tree, menthol (peppermint).
I get these for my kids to use when they have colds. Not only do they work great with a steamy shower to open up sinuses and help with coughs, but it makes them feel a little extra special when they aren't feeling well.

Tried this last night when I had a headache and a little stomach pain. Might be fighting a cold but I feel 75% better today. Highly recommend- they don't just melt and disappear and the scent is just right, providing benefit without being overpowered.
