Remove a pea-sized amount from your jar with either a wooden applicator or your finger. Divide in half and rub thoroughly into your armpits. Deodorant will go from a cream to a powder. Reapply when necessary.

It's been 5 years of using this deodorant and I will never go back. It's the only thing that actually stops smell for at least 18hours. Most people would agree that all natural deodorants do not work but that is so not the case here. Plus that jar lasts at least 6 months
